1. Widget Installation

You can insert the widget using one of the following methods:

Automatic Installation: Enabled by default when the app is installed.

Manual Installation:
Add the following snippet where you want the widget to appear:

For a custom button, use:

2. Cache Behavior

The app uses cache for performance optimization.

To clear cache manually, refresh any product page seven times.

Major design updates (fonts, colors, layout) may take up to 1–2 minutes to fully sync.

3. Theme Integration

The app supports most Shopify 2.0 themes.

If the widget doesn't appear, check that:

• The app block is added in Online Store → Customize.
• No conflicting JavaScript disables the wrapper ID.

4. Editing Templates

All the app is fully customizable. To chose the part the app that you want to customize go to. Shopify Admin → Drop a Hint → Templates → Use the top right dropdown to select the part of the app

5. Customization Options

Button margins and padding can be adjusted via the app editor.

Colors and fonts can be customized to match your store branding.

Custom fonts supported via Google Fonts integration.

6. Tracking and Analytics

Each hint automatically tracks:

• Open
• Click
• Order

Data appears in your app dashboard under Analytics.

7. Multi-language & Country Display

Multi-language support is available for Pro Plan users.

You can define different versions of announcement bars or widgets per country or language.
